Californian Allegedly Tosses Toddler from Car

A San Rafael man was arrested for allegedly tossing a two-year-old boy from a moving car early Saturday morning in El Paso, Texas.

According to authorities, Alfonso Israel De Leon 34, allegedly threw the boy from the car and then crashed into a guard rail. The suspect was arrested and was charged with injury to a child.

El Paso police reported that they believe De Leon was driving through El Paso en route to California with two children, the victim and a four-year-old girl.

Witnesses reportedly witnessed what turned out to be the boy, along with other objects being tossed from the car.

De Leon was booked into the El Paso County Jail and was still there on a $100,000 bond.
