Police in Montclair have arrested a 13-year-old boy on suspicion that he raped a 15-year-old girl late last month.According to police, the female was walking home on the evening of July 27 when she was grabbed, pulled into an alley and raped. The victim gave police a description of the suspect, who was later apprehended.
The victim's brother reportedly recognized the suspect from a police drawing, located him and called police.
The suspect, whose name was not provided due to his age, was booked into a juvenile detention facility.
