Authorities are searching for a Garden Grove hospital employee who reportedly fled court Thursday just moments prior to a jury convicting him of sexually assaulting a half-dozen patients in a maternity ward.Dante Arnaud, 41, who had worked as a blood technician, had been ordered to remain in the Orange County Superior Courthouse as the jury talked over his case, but he walked out as deliberations were going on.
The jury deliberated about half an hour prior to convicting Arnaud of seven counts of sexual battery by fraud and one count of sexual penetration by misrepresenting his professional purpose.
A warrant has been issued for Arnaud's arrest.
