Is a new video from the animal rights group PETA over the top?The "Sex Talk" advertisement has aired in several markets across the country, including here in Sacramento.
In the video, two parents urge their daughter to have a lot of sex and "pop out all the kids you want" - in the top 10 teen pregnancy states in order to push the cause of spaying and neutering pets.
Ironically, the 30-second ad kicked off earlier this year in the town of Kentwood, Louisiana. Yes, that is the hometown of one Jamie Lynn Spears, who at 17, recently gave birth.
